PASTOR MAURICE HARRIS
was born in Raleigh, North Carolina, and raised in Holly Springs. He is a graduate of Hillside High School in Durham, NC. He went on to serve his country with honor, spending a total of ten years in both the United States Army and Navy, followed by two years in law enforcement.
Maurice gave his life to Christ at the age of twelve and answered his call to ministry at thirty-two. He has faithfully served in various capacities, including youth leader, praise and worship leader, and wherever he is needed in the body of Christ. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theological and Biblical Studies from Liberty University and is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity at Campbell University.
A pastor for the people, Maurice has a heart to see lives healed, made whole, and firmly rooted in Christ. His favorite scripture is John 15:5: “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” He is also a devoted father to his two beautiful children, Mariah and Micah Harris.
